Pjdev plans to develop service apartments and hotel in genting highland under swiss garden brand next year...Reiterate BUY with a target price of 1.80 as we expect to see a bumper profits starting from next year contributed by its property division...This is the first time they are so aggresive in property launching under the YOU' brand tag line...Tis is the most undervalued property counter...It is time to dump LBS, Malton, Tambun, Glomac, Crestbuiler, Crescendo and load into undervalued PJDEV...Do it b4 it is too late!!!
It is a shame tat no investment analyst wrote about tis undervalued counter in tis klse forum...It is because they like to promote overvalued stock so tat a greater fool' would buy at expensive high price from them for a cheery concensus...Good stock they won't write so tat they could accumulate more at cheap price when nobody excites it...

Analysts got herd mentality. They only write when somebody else have started. Wait lah, one day they will wake up. I have seen that happened to engtex. Originally nobody cover at all. Gradly Maybank, kenanga, affin....
when insiders buy, u know something is brewing...it happened to LBS b4...when major shareholders started acquired back their shares in d open market, it is a clear sign they wanna narrow the gap btw price and its Net Tangible Asset...

Dindings, OSK OngLH and Khor Chai Moi is Ong's wife. OSK's MGO few months ago, the offer price was 1.68, compared to the real net asset value it should be 1.80-2.00. so, a share price need not have to reflect the net asset value. A lot of time,the share price is intentianally supressed for 3-6 months, then they work out an average price that is really low.
