LoL..... Current NTA of Boustead at Rm2.14. And ASSETS have NOT been re-valued to Current prices. Ie :- Affin Bank, BPlant, etc . Their LAND and Buildings are in PRIME locations in KL, Penang, Ipoh , etc. have also NOT being revalued. Remember that LTAT controls most of Boustead Shares ( Plus Govn GLCs ) .... Which are political control ( DUMNO, etc ). So ..... Politics are PLAY more than Fundamentals.

LTAT hold around 59% KWAP 9%, institutional 5%, Funds 5 %, Tan Sri Lodin 2%, public spread balance app. 20%. Just a rough estimate on Bstead share spread

LTAT can just buy up 9% from KWAP, 5% from Glic , 5% open market and 2% from Lodin = 59+9+5+5+2 already owned 80% . Not an issue for LTAT

Bstead big funds manager still negotiating { or waiting } for the price announcement. Believed their entry points much higher. remember Bstead is previously a dividend play stock. Last 12-15 months Bstead trading at a much higher price level above 1.20+. NTA is at 1.85
