Bstead owns 56% Pharma or 146.55m,21% Affin or436.76m, 57% B Plant or 1276.8m and 65% Bhic or 161.5m in these listed subsidiaries. Using today"s price each Bstead share has a total value of 108 sen just in these 4 company. So privatisation should be above this value.What say you?

Seems like the ball is in bstead court to obtain the loan to fund the SCR? Btw, any idea if the SCR offer price on 2 Feb (if it happens) say 90 cents to change after 2 Feb? Can it happen? Or 2 Feb offer will have to be final?
