bousteadinvestor, u sure are a party pooper....Is it bcos of envy or regret ?. Please take your pessimistic attitude elsewhere. I'm sure all other investors here are not interested in your "no go" scenario. They are all sophisticated investors and I'm sure they will know what to do in the event the transaction does not materialise.

I will hold even if no SCR. As I said, I strongly believe LTAT will have to make bstead good in order for them to look good. Nobody cut his nose to spike his face .

if Awang87 is correct, you can either sell it to limit down the stock and let me buy at 410 or believe that ltat under the pressure have to restructure boustead, remember if they need to go election, they will need boustead and affin bank to pay dividend. will Johnzhang be able to buy more shares?

How is it possible that nobody were not able to meet minister? LTAT has so many Generals inside.

Another theory is that this deal has been tainted by politicking / sabotage. Which explains the multiple leaks (either attempts to derail or force deal to go through)
