can see that Boustead didn't want to cooperate with the SCR. look at both presser and you will understand. Surely Boustead will be hard pressed to pay dividend or push up the share price. do remember that LTAT being the major shareholder can vote against their BOD during AGM.

dont think dividend will amount to much tho. whereas capital gain allows them to book in larger gains. take today for example. 0.71->61c drop = 120.5m (based off 59.42% holding) of NAV loss to their fund overnight

You are not the only one who believed and bought into the LTAT / Boustead saga. Imagined LTAT deliberated 8-10 months then applied for a market suspension . making a u turn { trust defecit and totally irresponsible}

usually its the same old story, usually crafted around themes such as create value, spin off non core, sweat assets to perform, alight business functions, staying lean etc etc
