insas have good fundamental, only price is wrong.
Good for investor, can buy cheap any time.
if management decide to give more dividen, I think insas price will appreciate.
if insas continue generate profit and deliver good result, insas will unlock it's value oneday.

penguin, I monitor this stock for few years already, I think price can not stay low forever.
the only question is when. no answer. at the end, it is a choice.
I try to grap some into my profolio. hope it deliver some growth in near term.

I had checked the past record: In Jan 2017 they do announce the ex-date and payment date for the interim dividend of 1 cent declared during the Q1 financial result.
Anyhow Inari already break RM3.50 and Affin Hwang capital gave a TP of RM4.28 for Inari. Every 10 cents increase for Inari will bring addition wealth of RM 40 million to Insas.

Insas have fully own companies, subsidiary companies, associated companies, properties assets for sales or rents and Quoted securities asset for investment that are mark to market. Each class of companies/assets will have different accounting standard for reporting revenue and profit/loss thus profit margin will varies.
The most unpredictable profit is from trading of quoted/mark to market securities assets.
From 2017 Financial report Insas holding of Quoted securities assets: In Malaysia RM 121,031,000 and outside Malaysia RM equivalent of 209,513,000. The listed equities in excess of RM10 million in market value include: IGB Corporation Berhad, IGB REITS, SYF Resources Berhad, Ho Hup Construction Company Berhad, Omesti Berhad and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited.
Outside Malaysia quoted securities by countries:
USA: 50,123,000. Singapore: 100,934,000. Euro: 31,000. British: 4,964,000. Australian: 2,289,000. Hong Kong: 45,352,000. Other: 5,820,000. Total RM: 209,513,000.
Know new addition for the year DGSB and unknown whatever Dato’ Sri Thong had invested in or cash out?
My question: How long will Insas stay at this severely undervalue price?
