E-mail replied from Company secretary Ms. Lau Fong Siew regarding INSAS 55Th AGM Minutes:
Mr. Lee, regret to inform that the minutes will only be finalised after Feb 2018.
The AGM minutes will be discussed during the Feb 2018 BOD meeting before release to public. I will write in another email to BOD on early Feb 2018 reminding them on formal dividend policy.

Dear TheContrarian,
Thank you for your suggestion of forming a semi-formal grouping of long term minority shareholders of INSAS. I am currently still working full time in Indonesia and can only write or read whatever comment in i3 during my off office hour, off day or during my leave. But let ensure I will continues voice out for minority shareholders right and share whatever information I have from BOD (If they do reply) in this forum thus I do not think a whatapps group is necessary. (Pardon me if some of my email to CEO is consider personal as some views and advice (carrot and stick) given is best serve its purpose when it is keep private)

Dear all,
It is always my hope that someday i3comunity will have a group of committed and passionate minority shareholder right group volunteers that will attend the AGM with well prepared questions and put the External Auditor, CEO and BOD on trial and demand the truth to be told and hold them accountability for their conducts/misconducts and demand good governance and transparency.
For too long the Red Chip companies CEO are allowed to get away with murder (faking bank balance) and many more irresponsible/misconduct/misleading information/insider deal boundary to fraud by Companies CEO that lead many investing public to Holland with impunity as authorities hardly take any actions on such abuse. See some of those blogs in i3: “Ire-Tex, CSL, Protasco, Leader steel and etc.

For sharing, I have drafted an email that I intend to send to INSAS BOD at the end of January 2018.
Dear BOD of INSAS,
I believe the next BOD meeting will be held in FEB 2018 to discuss Q2 Financial Result and also to consider suggestions and comments by shareholders attended the 55th INSAS AGM.
I had attended the AGM with the aim of getting to know the BOD, Management Team and handed out 5 pages questions, grouped under 3 subjects to seek clarification from BOD and Management:
Subject 1: Financial Report and Business outlook.
Subject 2: Dividend.
Subject 3: Share market price.
I would like to take this opportunity to thanks the BOD for answering the question during the AGM and my apology as I did not send the questionnaire earlier thus result in some confusion and minor misunderstanding on the answers and explanations given by BOD. I am eagerly waiting for the official AGM minutes to be published at INSAS website after the FEB BOD meeting with high anticipation that the BOD will consider my suggestion of Reasonable/Cost of Living Dividend and implement a Formal Dividend policy. Due to time shortage, I had handed out to BOD my reasoning for a Formal Dividend Policy by quoting: The China Securities Regulatory Commission Chairman Liu Shiyu's Speech. See PS below.

Lastly, thank you very much for the AGM door gift of DOME voucher. I had used it at KLIA2 DOME Cafe; I was pleasantly surprised by the verities of foods and beverages served. The foods, beverages and services are excellent. I believe DOME is another gem in INSAS and if management put in the required resource/hard-work/heart and soul into it, most likely DOME can be listed successfully as INSAS Food. (Easily beat Berjaya food hand-down).
