I think tuesday Insas share price will adjust 2 sen to Rm 0.975 loh..!!

That means insas intrinsic value of margin of safety of Rm 2.73 still very much intact loh!!

Do not fear mah....!!

Prospect of insas is still very good mah....!!

I think the adjustment in the mother shares will be more than compensated by the premium fetched in the free warrants,I will hold until the whole corporate exercise is over.

With disposal of Sengencs + sell of some Inari shares + upcoming RI Insas will have a huge cashpile/warchest.
It is now up to the the Board how best to use the cashpile/warchest to make acquisition and growth the profit.

Insas share price will only rise if the Board pays out higher dividend and increase payout frequency. Two sen and only once a year will forever make Insas a tortoise.

Many companies in US including big tech companies hardly give dividend but their share price shoot up many folds.If I am not mistaken, even Berkshire Hathaway doesn't give dividend.However it is usually trading at a premium to its nett asset due mainly share buyback.

At current covid induce difficult time, many business are selling their assets at depress price to stay afloat.

Inari will continue give increasing share of profit.
DGSB and Hohup if everything go well will generate increasing share of profit.
M&A need to grow the advisory services to both ACE and main board listing.
ICL will continue generate interest income.
Investment division need to be more aggressive and more profitable.
Omesti will be the next associate company to generate share of profit.
Insas tech need to acquire or incubate more tech start up.
Cash need to be employed into buying more assets that generate income

The price of PR is basically the price of 2.5 warrants.
If you are prepared to buy the warrant at 10sen,then PR would be 25sen.At 5sen the warrant would be extremely cheap at 2sen.
So how much is the warrant worth? Thats the question
