Enterprise solutions need extreme Serious Firm Hand management by software house or a Jaks situation will happen.
VO after VO after VO after VO repeat ad infinitum.
Halfway doing the system implementation, SME got changes aka Variation Order so Enterprise solution never got completed.
Most client will refuse to pay since drag into years after years.

This symptom of VO happens to all software houses.

Navision got acquired by Microsoft for USD1.33 billion
and under Microsoft management then got trashed just like Nokia.

Omesti a basket case, it’s investment in microlink also useless and hohup. Thong and current board all responsible. Thong even sits on the boards ! He recently ran away from hohup. All about to be worthless! Incompetent board insas has and independent directors even more so as they are suppose to not be simple yes men who take cash thrown and them and look the other way…

stock price trend do follow index ! dont take microln same with insas.. finance sector Bullish now.. but technology index in sideway but downtrend bias.. so you cant think that microln wont drag down insas.. any negativ news just is a tool for operator to wash you out from holding insas.. dont be so foolish ..

Note: 4 add up did not match the Other operating expenses because Insas / M&A securities assume everyone should know commision pay to remisier is based on trading volume by remisier' clients which generate brokerage fees to M&A securities and cannot be classified as staff salary/ staff cost and hence charged out as other operating expenses.

So the lesson learnt do not assume because there are so many dumbass out there.
