Downtrend since April 2010.... edi 5 1/5 years.....don worry edi exceed long term correction mode 5yrs... as i mention after iculs conversion expiry.... we will know......

iculs outstanding 200mil ++ ordinary share yet to convert....= 5% of bjcorp existing share....wait and c... can accumulate from 0.300 - 0.365.... 0.300 is the bottom price for 2008 before rally....

waiting to c the annual audit report in coming 3-4weeks...what is the shareholding look likes....should be interesting....

Berjaya Corp OA, is a iculs converted to ordinary shares but not entitled for dividend or voting at this coming AGM according this forum member said earlier.

Price downtrend since April 2010. Why? Klse index up and up except 2015. Bjcorp profit was 900 mil. Answer is very simple. There is no dividend policy. The management do not take care of investors. Bjcorp received dividends from their subsidiaries and associated companies but the money is not passed down to their shareholders. Well the Bjcorp investors also never ask for it.

（1） BJLand 在 7 March 2013 有项目在那理进行； 叫Jeju Airest City，不知是否收尾了，有没有Put into Account；研究BJCorp十分费时。
（2）另外据新加坡《联合早报》1月19日报道，韩国要批准兴建多两个赌场度假胜地，BJCorp也想参与；
不清楚人家是否讲这个。

西归浦市倪来休闲居住园区部分土地所有者向济州国际自由都市开发中心（JDC）表示，如果成功济州度假有限公司（Berjaya Jeju Resort Ltd.）放弃赌场项目，方可与他们进行土地购买协商。

倪来休闲居住园区土地所有者对策协商会会长姜民哲17日称，近日已向JDC高层口头转达了这一观点。姜会长是在倪来休养居住园区项目进行过程中将土地吸收裁决无效化的住民之一。

今年3月，大法院认定休养园区项目并非游乐场，因而判决土地吸收裁决无效。近来，成功济州度假有限公司为倪来休养居住园区项目综合考虑，决定停止在目前持有的部分土地上进行的所有施工。因此，成功济州度假有限公司与JDC如要按原计划施工，应与以姜会长为首的部分土地所有者进行土地购买协商。但是，倪来休养居住园区土地所有者对策协商会提出的前提条件是更换项目负责人并放弃赌场项目，这使得按照原计划施工的希望变得渺茫。

姜会长表示，在游乐场里设立赌场设施实在不像话，放弃赌场项目并且由JDC取代成功济州度假有限公司直接负责整个项目或更换项目负责人才能进行土地购买协商。

JDC则表态称，原土地所有者对策协商会的要求难以接受。JDC相关人员表示，在已经投入项目资金的情况下无法更换负责人，同时JDC也无法要求该公司放弃赌场计划。

JDC目前正在谋求再次通过审批程序继续开始暂时中断的项目。因大法院判决以后济州岛与JDC没有出台后续政策以及金融筹资难，成功济州度假有限公司于今年7月7日暂时停止了施工。

同时，最近有消息称部分土地所有者甚至起诉JDC和成功济州度假有限公司要求返还土地，由此，倪来休养居住园区项目陷入了举步维艰的处境。倪来休养居住园区是马来西亚成功集团旗下的成功济州度假有限公司与JDC共同投资2兆5千万韩元在西归浦市倪来洞打造综合修养园区的项目，园区占地面积72万7600平方米，原计划于2017年完工。

OK, BJLand result coming out already, Net profit RM9.9M/=, consider no bad news, All BJCorp company only BJMedia making loss 1M;

Other have profit ( Atlan RM12.9M/=, BJAsset RM5.8M/=, Magni RM15M/=, BJAuto RM52/=, BJFood RM6M/=, BJtoto RM72M/=)

Unless I cannot estimate, BJCorp should OK before Sep end.

Thank you cyphua. BJcorp should report a profit. But so what? The share price will be stagnant or continue to fall. Why is BJcorp share price keep falling? Its all about demand and supply. For FY2015, BJcorp collected from their subsidiaries and associates companies estimated rm230 mil. These dividends received by BJcorp were never passed down to their shareholders except the 1sen (rm44mil). RM230mil is equal to 5 sen if BJcorp were to pay out. Why are they not returning the dividends to their shareholders? Who wants to buy BJcorp shares if there is no return of investment and the share price keep falling? BJcorp has 1bil or 10bil or 100bil. So what?

1 sen cook in the big pot, some time later it able to give you more than 1 sen.
Is the soup a good taste? It seems like market not showing any favor on it.

May be the Management not aware the market doubt.
Perhaps they are over concentrate on their duty and overlook this part.

tt101, the directors are well paid to make good business decision.
BJcorp is an investment company. They did receive rm230mil dividend as an investor. What about our dividend as an investor? If BJcorp make losses or did not receive any dividend from their subs and associates, then it is not right to demand dividend.

Myview, I guess the group is accumulating the huge cash in hand for their current and future project. The fate of Jeju project is too uncertain. It might require huge amount of fund.
Certain issue is too confidential, not they are don't want to disclose but unable to disclose.

Do you still remember in year 2010, after announcing obtains the football betting license and fee was paid. Later on the government deny about it?!

This is the entrepreneur life in our country, fact can be twisted at anytime according to the need.

They talk about the Vietnam lottery since the last AGM. Now is about one year later.
I am not surprise the foreign investors are selling because they are smart investors. Price keep coming down and small 1sen dividend. The foreign investors also got shareholders to question them if return is no good.

BJcorp price continue to slide. Why? Investors will continue to sell because of poor investment return. BJcorp do not have a dividend payout policy which means they will pay dividend only when they feel like paying.
