jeju issue in my opinion is maybe the owner of the land want more compensation only lah... so far they r still in discussion and if the project really cancel then the fault might be lie with JDC ( an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Transportation and the joint venture with berjaya in this project). If really did cancel, berjaya might request compensation from JDC although this is only my thinking about this issue.

you are welcome myview... if i'm not mistaken, when the owner realise that there will be a gambling resort in the project and sought a court order to stop the project which they've succeed and now they r still negotiating. my take is a amicable resolve might be achievable since the main issue is regarding the gambling sector only and the whole project already half completed. Still invest at your own risk and always search for the latest news. thanks.

Luckily Berjaya has a local partner in this joint venture project, JDC, an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Transportation. The Korean government is also involved.

ignissimia, the regular traders already know this counter do not have stamina or staying power. They would have bought at 36 -38 and start selling from 40 sen onwards. It will come down again if not lower. However, due to the coming AGM, the price may hang around 40 sen to give the investors hope.

Each time BJcorp buy a company, they will say the new company will contribute positively to the future earnings. But each time the financial results is announced, they will say it will be challenging for the next financial year. This is their standard statements. As long as, they do not distribute fair dividends and the share price remain low or lower, whatever they say is meaningless and not beneficial to the shareholders. That is what investors are looking for. Investment return and price appreciation gain.
