The ICULS and warrant is given to TSVT and ....which is the seller of Bjland shares. Our share will be diluted if they convert the share and warrant.

Angielim, A warrant is a derivative that confers the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell a security. So if they exercise the warrant, the share capital will increase together.
For ex, EPS (earning per share) = PATAMI/ Share capital
EPS ( no warrant exercised)= 100M/100M = 1
EPS ( warrant exercised ) = 100m/ (100M+20M( warrant exercised))= 0.83

The entire board take director fee but still propose this bjland 12% bill that borrowing cash,dividend pay for ICULS & Warrants formulated when bjcorp share margin lower. Long term harm bjcorp share integrity, What the purpose if not eggs is produce? Sold many subsidiary shares & lands but minority shareholder get none benefit...

i) everyyear get 5% dividend instead of mother only give 1%
ii) convert ratio 1:1 so fair enough.
So by the end of time , LD earn very much of money from dividend instaed of stingy mother ?

LD is RM 0.20 higher than BJCorp. Given BJCorp dividend is RM 0.01 and LD's interests RM 0.05, that difference is equivalent to 5 years of dividend/interests difference already. Guess buying LD or BJCorp has not much difference. I would personally prefer BJCorp than LD. If the difference is less than RM 0.10, then its another story...

Went to the EGM this morning, the breakfast was lousy: stale sandwich probably leftover from one of thes F & B outlets; an egg tart & a cold curry puff. Bjcorp shares will be diluted with the issuance of ICULS, hopeless counter, the shareholders' emotions were flaring high...just hopeless!
