after I investigated , berjaya got many counters reports worse than last time : toto, auto , food , land .
So what is the conclusion , based on past record , berjaya sure got one counter will show big improvement , very high is this counter , based on the good news in Vietnam if berjaya this coming report show big improvement , then we all become super rich TP price 0.50 easy job,
so someone selling now is very stupid another few days this counter report come out , why dun just wait a few days for a good tomorrow , if reports no good this counter also would down one because very cheap , you see DRB super loss also up than last time , so what you think and woldnot sell less tha 0.5 lol , haha

holding stake issue...as 50.1% is consider subsidiary. So if holding market capital is worth 1M, but subsidiary market capital worth 2M, it is still possible.

50.1% x 2M = 1.002M

market cap is base on retail trade price. if a subsidiary need to dispose off in one time, sometime a discounted rate or premium rate will apply.

eddysurge, primarily due to (1) menara Bangkok bank/Ritz-Carlton residences to be completed soon (before July 2016, I hope, am in KL right now, like the building) (2) japan property project to be completed soon (in June 2016, was told, not sure if according to schedule) (3) disposal of China property project (hopefully soon) (4) disposal of listed companies' shares, amounting to more than 400 millions right now (5) most importantly, coming Vietnam toto. Not sure which will drive BJCorp higher, but I would assume most bad news about BJCorp has already been factored in at current share price while potential good news are not.

Cannot see negative new, BJToto more or less is same, waiting BJLand final result, last is impact of selling asset, what is the buy in cost for those asset, like BJToto, BJAuto, BJFood which dispose during Jan~Mar, DIspose of Magni Tech getting RM43.56M, Berjaya Enviroment Foseng RM76.68M, Sungai Tinggi land RM763M;
What is the progress of purchase 12% BJLand from VT and other, cost RM419.11M have cast RM65.86 impact.

（1）可轉換債券（ICUL）期限到了的時候，是否自動轉換去母股？如成功集團LD（BJCORPLD，3395LD）在22/4/2022年屆滿。


（2）我的經紀人說，如成功集團LD面值是1令吉，加上2月2日的成交價是58仙，到時候轉換價是1令吉加上58仙（假設），成本就變成1令吉58仙，豈不比母股貴很多，是不是這樣呢？

答：（1）是的，可轉換債券到期後，若是持有人還沒有加以轉換的話，到時會以轉換條件或比例，自動轉換為母股。
就以成功集團LD為例，轉換方式為1LD，就是說1單位的成功集團LD，可轉換為1單位的母股。1千單位的成功集團LD，則可轉換為1千股的母股，以此類推。
（2）根據瞭解，成功集團LD的轉換為母股的方式為1LD，若你要轉換為母股，只有以1LD即可轉換為1股的母股，不必考慮到面值及成交價問題。
例如，若你是以每單位58仙價位，購買1千單位成功集團LD（即總代價為580令吉），你可以這批1千單位的可轉換債券，轉換為1千股的母股（1對1比例），即代價實為580令吉。
一旦可轉換債券市價低於母股價，就會促使一些持有人將它轉換為母股，以獲得更高價值。
