I am very optimistic with MPI too. I agree that RM 7 will be surely touched one day, the question is by when? Months or years later ? When it was 6+ couple months ago, I waited for 7. As a result, it instead downs to 4.20, and today at 5.7. So, when will my 7 coming?

bsngng, u should collect when it drop to 4.20. nobody will be able to know when 7 is coming, or will it Ever come. Just set a target price and have confidence in it. Otherwise, just take profit.

So, it is still a good buy.. I sold 5.5 bought Bck 4.2-4.7.. Still very bullish on this counter. Personally, hope semi ind will not follow trend of crude oil and other commodities and metals. Demand is still there but over produce worldwide.

In this age people just cannot do without smartphones and high- tech cars, can they? Besides, IOT is on the move and gaining prominence the world over especially in advanced economies. These are rapidly rivalling bread-and-butter issues. Can you ever live without these things? If the answer is no, which is hardly surprising, then MPI will have a bright future ahead. Haha. ..u added 5.69? I added 5.72 this morning. ... just right before it moves to 5.81. If you look at the graphs. .. the rsi is around 40...but the price is stable around 5.6 to 5.8 .... i might think this will be the accumulating stage. .. let's see if it touches 6.5

Kakashi don't worry; better profit margin in the works. This is one of Hong Leong's management focus in mpi. Again, Hong Leong's top management is reputed for their astuteness. This is the main reason why I like to own their shares. Top marks for their honesty and fairness towards minority shareholders. Their offer prices for Hume and Narra were examples.

By the way, I believe its just beginning. Accumulation is still on going, volume low, price moving up, cutting above moving average, RSI picking up. 6.5 is near strong resistance. Next will be 7, followed by 7.5. P/E will comes to about 17 if it reaches RM7 assuming EPS at 0.10 every quarter

And if you guys notice, the volume is low. You cant even buy or sell more than 100 lots at a certain price. So, its hard for speculation play to happen. That is why I am suspecting it is at accumulating stage. If it is, means the train is just starting to get warm up.

Last year I waited for 7+ but failed. With two catalysts i.e. strong usd and recovery of semi-con in this year, 7+ should not be difficult to reach. By then, I believe I will be greedy again to look for 8. Ha! ha!

At RM7, the PE is about 17~18. As of now, many tech stocks are trading above 20. Gtronics, Vitrox, etc above PE 20. Last year MPI PE is about 20++ also, So, RM7 i think its realistic. Even at 6.30, the volume is still thin and if I am not mistaken, people are still accumulating. You can see the buy Q is not high but very little ppl is selling. Lets see how it move when the volume starts to pick up.
