2. Keck Seng's management prudent and professional..not like mui and its associates

sana ,..then jual with losses..hundred millions bob..jangan buat2 tak nampak..histories tell us all

4.keck seng high credibility...mui..hampas... kaki penipu

5. about they lands...i don't think u are quite right about it...if u are right...just ask osk to buy mui

Me too with Interpacific JB (Md How)

OTB: I had bought some from 0.18 to 0.22, I had sold all from 0.28 to 0.295. I expect a correction very soon, I will buy back during correction around 0.24 to 0.255

My gauge:
S1 = 25.5
S2 = 22
S3 = 18
From current CNX chart ploted after market closed. Looks familar ... a tribute to Mr ....

Vested interested parties should see the positive side and appreciate that there are so many suppoters ready to protect the prices at every stage; rather than to condemn. We hope that it did not fall to those levels but if it do happen it is Mr Market at play, etc..

Warren Buffet Is Definitely Not Interested in MQ Tech at all. That's Why he didn.t participate in the NASDAQ DOT. COM BUBBLE.

All Tech Companies sound like "TEIK" In Cantonese. Sounds like "Falling Down". Especially some jet planes that can CRASH! Why people keep on playing with fire all the time. No wonder I heard people getting "BURNT" in the Stock Market.

Especially HIGH FLYING (FRYING) Shares & High Flying Jets (They burnt extra hot because jet use high power octane fuel.

Everyone here buys and sells or stays sideline for different reasons so to me there is no 100% right or wrong. It's your money and there should not be any blaming. Bulk of my investment money is on this counter. Someone here mentioned why he bought this counter was because of the land sale although he sold all already because the price went up so much. To me, he is not wrong cauese it's his money but for me I am going for long term.
Now, just think about it. If 1 land sale could have such effect, imagine what would happen when the capital repayment and future sales could do? Now everyone is having doubt on this because it has not happened before but when people realize it is becoming a reality............ but let's not jump the gun too much. Cash pay out announcement is COMING WITHIN A MONTH thanks to Calvin's info. We will get a clearer picture of how the public judge this very soon...

Only Time Will Tell. I own both Keck Seng (RM2.60) & Perak Corp (Bought 60 cents) before.
I made a little from Keck Seng and quite a good sum from Perak Corp. I never say they are bad. I only say they have been chased into Over Valuation.

No Matter How Good A Share Is - We Can Over Pay For It. And No Matter How Back A Share is, We can also grossly Underpriced it'

Example. You Can Over Pay RM50 for A Durian worth only RM20 with D24 name tag.

Or You Can Get A Bargain Kampung Durian For 10 Cents when they sell in KL City for RM5.00

As For MQ Tech. I don't wish fellow PM Corp Investors to wander into this potential land mine.

So anbz, you who conned people into the chicken coop of PW "CON" and your NOVA. Leading people to "NO WHERE" - TO HOLLAND.

Humbled. goodmorning. if instead there is any unpleasant comments in my views would sincerely offer my apology here. my take is that pmcorp share price will plunge if capital repayment and consolidation of share (4 merge into 1 RM1 share). as per mention here, capital cash payment around 0.25/share that work out to RM44m+ for the whole exercise. why I say so???? most man/woman on the street will 'throw' on the word merge from 4 to 1(meaning less share) regardless how much the company cash repayment.will slowly pick up after certain period when news is fully digested.look at the latest case of IRCB, on announcement of reduction of 0.15 to 0.05/share and merge 2 into ONE 0.10 share.share reaction plunge from 0.40 to 0.285/0.29. only recover to present price 0.405 in 6-8weeks.likely scenario the same but hope I guess wrongly.having say this this is still HOPE that pmcorp will scale new high(0.38-0.48) if BOD of pmcorp announcement capital reduction of 0.10/share and does reduce PAR VALUE of pmcorp from 0.50 to 0.40(same par value as pmcap). this exercise only cost company RM70m+ and still have RM63m+ for future expansion.the above is my own views, hope am wrong. good luck and be blessed.
