What Is The Effect of Capital Reduction & Consolidation News on PM Corp?

For that let us take a look at the past exercise of Suria Capital.

In Year 2007 Suria announced a Capital Reduction & Consolidation of 2 to 1 share.

The price of Suria went up from 91 cents to RM3.94 for year 2007. The following year Suria declared a 10.4 cents dividend.

So what will be the Capital Reduction & Cash Pay out Effect on PM Corp?

To me Capital Reduction is neutral But "CASH PAY OUT" IS DEFINITELY POSITIVE NEWS.
