Andy. They only can give dividend if they do capital restructuring. They need to clear all previous losses from balance sheet.. yes they can give dividend if they want to. But capital restructuring has to be done first.

1. Amount owing by subsidiaries to company - RM193 mil (which sub?) against investment in sub at RM80 million
2. Amount allocated for development on empty land near factory = RM31 mil

4. Share Premium - RM472 mil
5. Cash - RM99 mil less RM31 mil = RM68 millis to support trade receivables of RM20 million or 3 months credit (since goods are under consigment)
6. 65 million treasury shares = 65K lots = about RM14 million (@23sen) = pay iculs holders?

Dont be obsess with its 138 mil cash or whatever amount. That money is not for u small investor. U only can see on paper. U cannot and will not touch it. The whole market players are not so dumb not able to see it and allow the price stay at 0.23. At 0.23 is a disgrace to the company and there must a reason for it. Again, dont be obsess with its 138 mil cash that the company has. There is other reason for it to be there just for u to see.

she wont release any detail rather than what can be shared to the public and what already known in previous EGM or AGM. If she go further beyond that then she will be caught by Bursa or her own company because release such secret info to public or can be charge as insider trading unless she is so kaya like KKP then ok liow.

good morning all here. no need to look at this stock wait for 6/7 years;maybe in between will sell one of the asset. then decide to buy. there is no capital cash repayment so cut loss and looks elsewhere for capital gain from your investment.likewise, just jump in if the price start to move and with volume.rebound also very shallow.

I am bemused ppl still believe in this stupid company. From big businees selling cement to insignificant business selling chocolate. Using the cash holding to entice the gullible investors to put their money in the company shares.

Just back from overseas trip. Completely switched my eyes and mind off the share prices.

Wow, the price still did not go down to below 21.5 sen(as per Mike's advice). Looks like I cannot average down my holding prices below 20 sen.

You are wrong this time. B J Corp, one of the few counters that you said will not move, also started to move in price and volume.

As I said, nothing is absolute. It all depends on whether sharks want to play it up. Same for PM Corp too.
