A tale of two corps

Someone questioned me why I did not follow the hype on MP Corp when it was about 54 sen and instead interested in this fallen angel PM Corp.

Just 5 weeks ago MP Corp was trading at about 50 sen and PM Corp 15 sen. Now PM corp price has risen by about 70% to 25 sen and MP corp fallen by 2 sen or 4% to 48 sen.

Sometimes really have to depend on luck. Or is it?

Yeah many argument about whose stock is better. The other one is AncomLB. Non-stop arguing. % weeks ago it was 17.5 sen. Now it is 18 sen. Gone up also by half a sen or 0.6%.

Whereas PM Corp now at 25 sen has gone up by 70% in the same period.

ANCOMLB has sold its subsidiary Sinsehmor (SSM) in SINGAPORE at very very good price at RM 46,425,000... with PE in d range of 18X to 26X.... TIS IS VERY VERY VERY GOOD..

The profit from sale of tis subsidiary is abt RM 25,362,000...

See note 2.2 and 4 of announcement

To put thing in perspective..... ANCOMLBs share capital is jz RM 47,328,000...

more truth to come soon......

RM 6,562,000 wil b retained by ANCOMLB for working capital... to expand its other businesses.... TIS IS GOOD

RM 2,000,000 bal i suppose to pay d broker as commission.. legal fee etc

NA wil go up to 8 sen for a 5 sen share now.... cos RM 6,562,000 wil b retained for working capital.... TIS IS GOOD

Gearing wil go down from a low 0.15x to an even lower 0.11x as part of d RM 6,562,000 wil b used to repay loans n overdraft... a lot of flexibility here.. TIS IS GOOD

I think Chocolate has a point to make... invest in something real .. that can be seen everywhere in supermarket, be touch and be eaten and berak later ... something real .... not imaginary ... could this be the second chance of "coca cola" history during the Warren Buffet earlier days? .... think got also other chocolate maker but in term of price this still can grow big big ... dari 25 sen kepada 1 ringgit ... ada balance 80 sen ..... 80 sen boleh naik bas aircond .... hehehe
