Dear all ,
With regret please be informed thhe resolution 11 and 12 not carried. So no dividend and dividend policy. The AGM is not very well organise as the board did not prepare the answers for presentation only taking oral questions and goving verbal answers and causing many more angry questions throw at them.
As of my questions they say will email me official reply in 2 or 3 weeks time.
At the end, the board only acknowlege our concerns on dividend, share split/ bonus share and will look into it.

Dear all,
Correction the board only presented the answers to the written general questions send by MSWG( 5 questions).
When debate on the resolution for interparty transaction the buying price or selling price will be base on market competative price. I take this opportunity to ask is crack spread for Q1 thro competative pricing when market spread is about USD 8. The board refuse to answer saying they only answer question on financial report 2017. Question on Q1 2018 is for 2019 AGM.
