Perhaps, you have some insider news that Dnex is looking to issue new PP? Kindly share.
Do you think most of the big boys or the bilis here are the building blocks of Dnex's price increase?
If not the institutions buying in blocks of millions, how do we see the 160 millions shares traded last Friday? Lately the usual total volume trade was circa 37 millions to 82 millions, even as low as 19 millions last Monday, 13th Sept.
Is Dnex's NOSH at 3.09 Billion now and with 800 million in approved PP at beck and call a heavy load to carry?
Share price is often bought in ADVANCE of earning, that why they are called PER.
Please check and enlighten if PE for Dnex is tangible at this quarter? Where is such importance placed, or mis-placed?
Please do scurry through the others Tech stocks with NOSH of half this much or same levels and compare the price being currently traded.
But of course, Dnex is at a Class of her own being owner of Silterra, a manufacturer of semicond wafers and world ranked 16th of somewhat 89 foundries.
Go figure the share price at 80c for Dnex, and sleep soundly every night.
Trevor777, my opinion is coming QR is actually good. Much much better than general expectations i see around here who all saying QR wont be anything great. Funds have already accumulated no doubt but a great deal will only come in after seeing profits, some funds got those kinda investment rules. Am not saying DNEX will issue new PP,just that as you said, a lot more PP yet to be set and introduced into market.
Chill bro, I put my life savings into DNEX already and I'm confident I wont lose out.
This is a great stock because a lot of people doubt the company and all will be surprised when the coming QR and subsequent QRs come.
Tan Sri Dato Syed Zainal is calculative and smart enough to go the PP way to raise funds, quick and better than bank borrowings.
Funds will be needed for upgrading, maintenance, repairs, new equip and the easiest and best way is via PP. He doesn't even think of RI, which may further lay weight and sap funds from existing shareholders.
There's a big piece of pie for everyone, even with all of the available PP issued. That is for long term strategy and not a "cut and run"
Hehehe ..laugh me die..... Should be..don't put all eggs in one basket, should be more tactical don't risk everything on one venture.Maybe he's just having some fun ,cant be so....
Tan Sri's mindset and motive to choose PP speaks of the potential and future earning, capabilities and transformation in a World Class conglomerate...into Oil and Semincon as core business structure. There are 4 pillars of businesses within Dnex, but we are most focused on these 2.
To offer PP to new shareholders, and enlarging the capital base of a PLC says a lot about the visions from potential partnerships and collaborations. They may bring new technologies, extending supply chains and marketing. Forging forward as a team and not an individual soldier.
Gone were the days when Dnex's PP were wastefully issued at 19c or 21c. These new PP have high values and net worth when offered to the right group of shareholders, raking pari passu with those that some of us might have luckily picked up at below 50c.
Dato Faris, nice to see you sir. Having some fun and enjoying Dnex's ride up?.., step by step....This lady no more wears Red, like we used to sing...hahahaha
When Fri up and lots of ppl cheer, coming Monday is always disappointing ! Today seems no exception despite all promising talk of the counter in the past two days. Didnt they get the message yet : market wants the QR first !!!a
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
