Current price @ RM1.59, by logic u need to keep this stock 10 years then
u can see it price RM3.10 . (but normally the price movement no have logic at all! :) ).

（吉隆坡20日訊）截至2013年12月31日止，楊忠禮機構（YTL，4677，主板貿服組）第二季淨利躍升46.1%，從2億6千246萬令吉增至3億8千353萬6千令吉，帶動半年淨利提高23.9%至8億1千109萬8千令吉，前期為6億5千439萬令吉。

楊肅斌：集團2014財政年首半年表現強勁，營業額穩守100億令吉。

楊忠禮機構第二季和半年營業額分別下滑4.2%和0.8%，各報49億零629萬3千令吉和101億1千704萬1千令吉。

楊忠禮機構集團董事經理丹斯里楊肅斌在文告中說：“集團2014財政年首半年表現強勁，在營業額穩守100億令吉之際，盈利也在公用和洋灰業務的帶動下上漲超過42%，達到13億5千萬令吉。”

他補充，雖然公用業務的營業額因燃油交易減少、電力銷售和價格降低等而走低，但隨著英國當局批准調高水供和污水處理收費，移動寬頻網絡業務的虧損也在涵蓋率和用戶擴大下逐步收窄，抵銷了前者的衝擊。

“在產業信托業務中，楊忠禮產托（YTLREIT，5109，主板產業投資信托組）的營收獲得悉尼港口、布里斯本與墨爾本的3間萬豪酒店，以及昇喜全球產托資產重估的提振。”

楊忠禮電力20送1庫存股

楊忠禮電力（YTLPOWR，6742，主板基建計劃組）第二季淨利下滑3.5%至2億4千702萬5千令吉，半年淨利也挫跌5.3%至4億8千184萬7千令吉。第二季和半年營業額分別下跌8%和6.4%，各報37億7千零5萬2千令吉和77億5千118萬4千令吉。

楊忠禮電力董事部建議以20送1比例配送庫存股。

楊忠禮置地（YTLLAND，2577，主板產業組）旗下新加坡麗沙島房產銷售提昇的利好，遭其他收入減少、開銷提高的利空抵銷，因此淨利下跌，第二季和半年分別重挫44.9%和10.2%至232萬6千令吉和558萬令吉。第二季營業額下滑17.9%至2千885萬1千令吉，半年營業額更急瀉68.9%，剩1億4千567萬8千令吉。

楊忠禮電子（YTLE，0009，創業板科技組）因上繳225萬令吉給通訊及多媒體委員會的環球服務儲備金，而造成淨利滑落，第二季和半年淨利分別下滑6.9%和6.4%，各報890萬令吉和1千805萬2千令吉。單季和半年營業額各挫0.8%和0.2%，至2千178萬4千令吉和4千344萬9千令吉。

楊忠禮產托派1.98仙紅利

楊忠禮產托第二季營業額倍增至1億1千467萬8千令吉，淨利也升高12.5%至1千891萬7千令吉。

上半年營業額增長超過150%至2億1千725萬9千令吉，淨利卻萎縮15.6%，剩3千338萬令吉。董事部建議派發每單位1.98仙紅利。（星洲日報／財經）
