i ad buy in 1.51..this year the trend is btwn 1.53-1.65 now 1.5/1.51 is new low trend for me so perhaps target another 10% profit^^

Either YTL or YTLP will bid these megaproject. YTL corp control 57% YTLP, although under YTLC balance sheet, it show have as much as RM 12 billion cash but in actual, most of these cash hoard is from YTLP, about RM 9 billion. I think YTLP rather than YTL corp is use to bid KL-Spore HS train project. This is multibillion project and only YTLP have such financial strength to bid and the return of the project base on build, operate and transfer in which the KL-Spore HS train project is like 30 year concession base, which suit YTLP business model, derive consistent, steady from infrastructure/utilities business (Power, water and sewerage, broadband 1BestariNet)

The ideal is YTLP secure KL-Spore HS train project under build, operate and transfer with 30 year concession period. YTLP with its strong balance sheet, under 20 equity: 80 debt raise capital to build KL-Spore HS train project, repay under 30 year concession before its transfer back to Gov

The construction part is sub-con to company under YTL conporation like YTL construction, and use cement from YTL cement as any future earning from future 30 year concession period will be recognize profit in YTLC as well as YTLP is 57% subsidiary of YTLC

Early morning buy YTL at RM1.51 and also Q at RM1.50 so that to ride on the potential business of High Speed Rail between My and Sing. The downside is very limited but the uptrend is very high! Cut budget to invest in Pharma (reduced to 1 lot) in order to take opportunity on the potential price up for YTL!

This project is too big to take up and there is a risk as well. As me, the present pressure on selling is just on purpose. So, i will take this opportunity to accumulate at RM1.51/RM1.50. Any price below this will activate a share buy back from YTL!

YTL is a profitable and never make a loss for pass 10 years, lowest price for past 52wks was rm1.49, last Q result jumped 40% but a bit stingy since 2000. nta is rm1.37
