It is quite shocking to see such low volume and no interest from investors. The buying was almost all by Tony. As soon as he stops buying, very low volume and price starts to weaken slowly. All of this even though the new valuation shows, each TA share is worth $2.60 !!!!!!
Cheap sale but investors still not interested.Got very good dividend and p/e is so low at only 3.51!!!!
How to blame Tony for this low price? Investors have no faith and no interest in this counter.

till today, the general public investors still have doubt in his sincerity . look at the independent directors, they had been there for too long., either replace them with more credible individual or those guys need to resign voluntarily(no shame at all)

他們家族之前是住在Jalan Batu Pahat, Kluang, Johor.( 就是現在的錦和貿易公司 )的木屋。張氏家族就住在對面的山上的豪華獨立式洋房。張氏家族是當時居鑾的名人，在Kluang市中心有一條路是[ 拿督張秀科路 ]( Jalan Dato Teoh Siew Khor )。

之後TT 的父親當上 Kluang 馬華的國會議員，他們也搬遷到 Sunrise Park 住了。

居鑾人都叫TT 為 Ah Kian, TT年輕時是一位民間信仰人，每年都會到 Muar去拜善財爺。之前他信奉基督教，基督教的最基本教理是[ 愛世人 ]，不知道他有學習到嗎？？？他們家族在Kluang 不是一位濟善家族。

I think TT is sharing with the other shareholders. From the regular dividend payments, we can see that he is sharing. However, TA and TAGB have a lot of hidden values. It is up to the investors to identify and invest in the company. If the investors and institutions do not appreciate the values, TT will take advantage by collecting the shares at "lelong" price.

在我的看法，TA & TAGB的股價要大漲除非TA把一部分( 60.1748% )在TAGB的股權賣出去給第三者，同時TAGB設立酒店房地產投資信託基金（REIT），以釋放位於在中國，新加坡，澳大利亞和加拿大的酒店資產價值，並且把TA 3 & TA 4納入將設立酒店房地產投資信託基金（REIT）。只有這樣TA & TAGB 才能走的更遠。
