Q.R...........no bad.......but also not very good.......... revenue increase but profit decrease...........tomorrow let the market decide the share price...............
Yearly Nyflex's earning has jump almost 100% from 5.80 to 10.61 I think the market price will consistently going up with time when people realize this gem
Profit just increase merely 4% with high debt and poor cash flow... very disappointed result with such current low oil price.. it is not worth to hold..
THE continued global economic recovery and rebound in crude oil prices from their multi-year lows have helped much of the chemical industry to register favourable sales and earnings over the last one year. In Malaysia, this trend is evident, as several companies involved in the petrochemical and industrial chemical businesses, such Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd (PetChem), Ancom Bhd, Nylex (M) Bhd and Samchem Holdings Bhd, have seen their earnings lifted by robust demand and favourable selling prices. http://www.thestar.com.my/business/business-news/2017/06/10/chemical-companies-riding-high/
the prospect and fundamental is there. but we have to face reality that the chart and technical-wise, it does not look good in the past few days for Nylex, and as usual this will usually create fear and continuous selling. just like how the big players want you to have or do
Nylex (Malaysia) Bhd’s first purpose built tanker MT Nylex 1, sailed into territorial waters, docking at Westport’s Liquid Bulk Terminal. The tanker will be used to ship chemicals (highly toxic and corrosive). This acquisition will mean that the Nylex Group now owns and operates its own vessel and can reduce its dependence on chartering vessels from third parties. “This launch consolidates the company’s business,” he said. “It puts the company on the right course in its plans for transportation and delivery of its products,” http://epaper.mmail.com.my/2017/01/28/premium-tanker-mt-nylex-1%E2%80%A8docks-at-westport/
Nylex wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following at the forthcoming 47th Annual General Meeting:
To renew the mandate in respect of recurrent related party transactions with existing transacting related parties and to obtain a new mandate for additional recurrent related party transactions, pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and Practice Note 12 ; and To renew the mandate for the Company to purchase up to ten per centum (10%) of its issued and paid-up share capital on Bursa Securities in accordance with the provisions of Section 127 of the Companies Act 2016, the Company’s Constitution and the MMLR. A Circular to Shareholders/Statement in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders in due course.
