latjiu..kindly re-confirm as COD in google means...The commercial operation date is defined as the date after which all testing and commissioning has been completed and is the initiation date to which the seller can start producing electricity for sale (i.e. when the project has been substantially completed).

yes yes!!! this will be the year for Mudajaya...maybe they will announce on the 23rd of Feb'16 when 2015 full year results are out! was supposed to contribute/add RM70 million to profits per annum...that was calculated a few years ago...now RM down...but so is RPS.. so maybe same. Plus construction/rental income.
