TF is smart in timing of the payout of 0.9. XD is end July but end Aug is when the 0.9 actually pay out AND its also the time for their 2nd QR to be out. Any further interim Div or not is anybody guess. How much, when? If after XD and price drop....and after QR got interim....then those who sold after XD in early Aug will be banging their head.

After Dec 18 0.4 SD, there were news about the planes selling off....everyone was expecting a high final div to be made so ppl hold on to their shares but instead TF go and give a high SD. The expectation of high div payout was satisfied and thats why share price after 0.40 SD never really affect the price so much.

Remember.... historically, AA had never fail to deliver interim div.

The issue with MAS is pilferage, lazy and entitled mentality employees without any creativity, mono ethnic composition, political interference and idiotic strategy. All funded by investors and public fund.

The only country which makes a fool of professionals from foreign land as if they are any better.

Coz 60+% of Malaysians have been relying on tongkat(government) since birth ma, sudden take tongkat away from handicap people they sure cant survive. Sorry to say, but that is why many of their company cannot touch, balance sheet also senget, financial literacy very poor so to say.

Angmoh CEO see their work ethic also tak boleh tahan, rather resign than to recieve fat cheque. While these "local" CEO can't do shit, but they don't give a damn about the company coz they just in for the cheque.

Another good example is Sapura Energy's boss, company is dying,very heavily in debt and share price is stagnant. Quarter after quarter of loss, yet the CEO is the 2nd most highly paid(renumeration) in Malaysia right after Genting's boss. RM80+ million of renumeration for Sharil alone in 2018. Company keep making loss but still has the face to pocket in shareholder's money. That 80mil can almost cover 1 quarter's loss already.

So you can see clearly their level of motivation, productivity, work ethics and dedication towards the company.No long term sight. Total failure. Seriously, can't touch their company, most of them are listed to pocket in public's money.

Not nice to listen but truth is truth. Can't accept then remain that way and fail.

cannot talk about the "tongkat" its certain people birth right. Its both food and poison actually. The more one take it...the more they need it. In Kangkungland, those who dont have the kulitfication to have a "tongkat" will have no choice but to have a "do or die" mentality....they need to survive on their own and many do manage to do so thru hardwork and time.

Just repeating what Tun M said....if you give RM1m to Mr C, he will find a way to do business and make an extra RM1M....give it to Mr I, he will send off his children to study and become lawyer or doctor....give it to Mr. M and the first thing he would do is buy a nice sports car. Live for the moment cos tomorrow....A!!ah will take care of it.

To Mr. C and Mr I, they believe that they must first do something positive to survive before letting heaven take charge.
