Need to talk with common sense please. 3 months of MCO. NO FLIGHT.

277 C19 are Foreigners who were from clusters of working in Malaysia.
1. Will KKM GOV let these C19 positive fly out? They are already infected. Answer: NO!
2. They need to get quarantine in a centre and get tested every time until they are fully recovered!
3. All infected countries already lockdown and certain countries like KOREA, CHINA, JAP are opened back. Meaning the gov knew they cannot risk it any longer you close the economy due to C19. They MUST OPEN BACK. The taking necessary precaution and they are doing very well. SO DOES MALAYSIA!
4. LOCAL INFECTED IS LESS 10 everyday. We have almost 5mil populations. Do we need to risk that?!
5. CMCO confirmed will be lifted up!

Airasia will experience internal financial issues, BUT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RESOLVE IT THRU PP.
Airasia have been thru the worst in their lifetime. From plane hijacked to death of all passengers. From lately scandals to overturn accusations.

AIRASIA IS RESILIENT!

BE PREPARE FOR AA SHARE TAKE OFF IF AMERICA IS GREAT AGAIN INDEX IS GREEN TOMRROW!

Those who have bought high just hold 1-2 years, then ok lah can reach above 1. But now I would say based on fundamental for this qtr and the next two qtr, the value should be around 0.4-0.7. Hope, AA not bankrupt lah haha. But Gov maybe will bailout them if they did. Again investors not rational they keep buying based on expectation of future value. If the future value is 1-2 years, then make sense. But for this year cannot lah, it will keep dropping. back to where it belongs 0.7 something.

In Malaysia, bumiputera comes first if gov want to bail out a company! Don’t expect current and future gov will give any financial aids to “non bumiputera” company! Remember, Malaysia gov has alternative in the airline business ie MAS! No need depends on AA!

Recession is just around the corner.
Many loss their jobs.
Businesses losing money.
The worst year for tourism, aviation.
But the market keeps increasing in a very short time to the pre-covid level.

Why? Because share price is a forward looking indicator of the business.

But the question is how long is this expectation? Does RM 1 can be justified for this year?
Above rm 1 only makes sense in 1-2 years time from now.

Those who want to hold at least 1-2 year ok lah. But those ikan bilis who bought high now and not learning any fundamental, if the price suddenly drop sharply, they will panic selling at loss haha. So be careful.
