Some said vaccine may not be available for Covid. Imagine if this is real, what would happen to AA and the whole airline industry? Even if Covid prolonged for another year, AA may not survive as well. Seems like risk is too high.

This is the best entry price...if this is lowest then profit is yours. If further down then can buy lower to average down price. Many ppl bought @2.3 and above & not many are wiling to cut loss at 70% or more discount. See today so bad the news also not limit down yet. Many ppl r still holding and r buying low to average their price. Bcoz they believe AA will not die de.

1 billion Right issue coming.....at what price??if v low, current price will fall further..if at current price, no one will subscribe...so likely is low and current price will be lower...I'm looking at right price around MAS price.. 10 to 20 cents....so current price will drop to 30 to 40 cents....better sell first

Many have already taken the opportunity to grab today with today's volume of more 224 million shares traded. Statistic don't lie. Let's have a look on today's Buying and Selling Statistics after the market closed at 1700 hrs

Buying queue is 60X more than selling queue
No of Buyers is 8X the number of Sellers.

Right issue is the best way forward. 3 of my Battleships (Sapnrg, Velesto and Icon) has done it. Now all 3 are back to Profitability.

In a pandemic situation like this when banks are cautious and do not have the appetite to lend money, equity fundraising is the best instrument for companies to recapitalise or reduce their debt level to save on financing rates.

Equity fundraising, such as rights issues, also signal the major shareholders’ commitment to, and confidence in, the company as they are the ones who would be forking out a huge amount to finance the undertaking

For me, if a substantial shareholder commits to a rights issue or something similar, minority shareholders should follow suit, especially if the substantial shareholder is committed to subscribing for more than what is required — it is a sign of the confidence level of an existing substantial shareholder.
