We learn from the Pandemic that most of not all business travel can be removed without stopping the business. Like the trend with working from home continue. Business travel also will not go back to previous level, maybe forever.

The current down in price may be due to new issue of shares at only 67.5 sen but Air Asia share price will definitely go up again as its future as a LCC airline is bright as there will be less competitors and lower cost of operation going forward. What is more exiting Air Asia is that it transforming itself into the digital world especially with the digital banking among others. The future is bright and exiting, just need a little bit of patience. Invest for the future, not the past.

Why would there be lower cost of operation when AA is saddled with heavy debt? Digital banking also is a huge expense to build the infrastructure and acquire human resources

Normal airline take on debt to expand their capacity to earn more revenue. But this case they taken on debt just to survive and the capacity had been cut. The profitability of AA would be reduced for a long time

The successful take up of 20% PP indicates that Air Asia definitely will at the very least survive if not thrive going forward. It shows that the subscribers/investors have full confidence of the future of AIR Asia. The recent so called news of Air Asia Japan JV bankruptcy is already fully discounted as the market already knew about it much earlier.

take a look at below TP they've given in the past for AirAsia... it is ridiculous and untrustworthy... and the funny thing is, they like to change their TP over the time as their wish... don't ever trust any TP advise from anyone... take your decision at your own financial interest, not at the interest of these banks and research houses... they are not saint to help you earn money but to earn money out from you ! existing share holders and retail traders, stay strong and hold your shares, it will climb heavily soon... and to new investors, bet your experience in recovery stock with higher capital multiplier opportunity like AA... this stock will reach RM2.50... and subsequently RM4 or maybe higher with the amount of money Bursa have at this moment with more tech savvy new retail investors coming in into stock market... the stock market isn't like before and the amount of money in the table theses days are bigger than pre-smartphone days... thanks
