You think people tak takut beri deposit untuk beli property AA Kalau AA develop and sell properties kah? Sudah BAD REPUTATION AMBIL DEPOSITS payments but no refund. People will not pay deposits to buy AA property lah. If AA property tak siap separuh Jalan maka deposits no refunds... HOW? Siapa perlu lompat dari property AA ??? How? Stony should do what Maybank IB suggest :
Maybank IB Research’s view, the PN17 status is salvageable with six ways that AirAsia Group can substantially narrow its negative shareholders’ equity:

People with money don’t want to buy AA shares. Someone wants to buy AA assets at super cheap price. Very plausible lah.

Chances that AA going down 30% in view of the weakness of MAB. If MAB able to evolve to a much stronger management then AA chances of going down increased to 50%.... the survival of AA is interdependent of the strenght or weakness of MAB

With a glimpse of hope, people still need to commute, ..to attend business meeting/mother-in-law's birthday party faithfully.

Needless to tabulate on the A4 size paper, how people should go for vacations/gambling in the middle of the oceans/fancy restaurants/shows,...businesses being wiped out/knees being brought down to the floor and any new money to cover the losses is like a drop in the vast oceans.

AA still staying afloat but there’s already damage to his customer base. I personally lose my trust since they don’t refund as promised.
Since then, no more AA related products I will subscribe.
Bigpay I’ve removed all my balance inside, sold all my shares, terminate my tunetalk, not going to take AA ride or delivery.

All my club members, switch to MAS or Lions Air. Why? Because no confidence...AA no refunds. If a lot of people switch to other companies from AA......... AA will surely slowly bye bye. Sad but true.

take Genting Group as an example. Today Genting HK filing for liquidation of its cruise line on Tuesday in Bermuda. And the boss LKT resigned as Genting HK CEO.
If AA fall into same situation, it will be similar as the cruise line. There is no business can sustain forever without generating income.
