New airline working with a clean slate of balance sheet, unlike AA burden with massive loan. When these new airlines add on debt it would be for capex. AA still borrowing just to stay alive while market shrink

Ass Asia Badwill has no value when more than 1,000,000 Ass Asia customers feel badwill against Ass Asia.
This is called Badwill, goodwill no longer exists

Just this Christmas, someone told me he flew to balik kampung this Christmas using MA coz MA will refund tickets.
Ass Asia will NOT refund tickets.
This is the new Ass Asia Badwill SOP in people's minds

Exactly you have to look after your customers. First thing they teach you in sales is the customer is always right. You can't build a business if you keep loosing your customers! Short term gain of using customers money by not refunding is a long term lost of customers who will never return.

AirAsia X Bhd (AAX) along with AAX Leasing Two Ltd has withdrawm their application to challenge the registration of a UK court judgement by its lessor BOC Aviation Ltd for the airlines to pay US$23.37 million (RM96.84 million). It is understood AAX and AAX Leasing had agreed to pay RM5,000 costs to BOC Aviation. Initially a hearing date was fixed for last October, but that did not proceed.

So not all AAX creditors are treated equal.
