If you pay 60 cents for AA share which has NAPS of negative 81 cents. That mean you pay for goodwill of RM 1.41. But no worries if AA go under you only lose 60 cents as no one will come after you for the balance 81 cents. That is what AA said about its investment in Associate companies.
