Meanwhile Mabel Air Asia has now broken the 80 sen Resistance. The next Major Resistance will be 88 sen. Mabel expects this resistance will break in 2 more weeks as it cums with the greatest restructuring plan for capital A and AAX. Both Airlines are flying high this week..

During pre-covid 19, AA has milked AAX, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, India, Philippine Airasia to the bone so that AA can make the huge profit. Post covid19 when AAX start to make profit with independent third-party aircraft lessors and CapitA is now planning to inject CapitalA aviation with its billions in net liabilities to AAX in order to save CapitalA.

The group plans to announce the details of its PN17 regularisation plan by mid-April 2023 with completion expected by end-3Q 2023. The group plans to divest its aviation group to AirAsia X in exchange of shares for subsequent distribution to its shareholders.

Mabel continue to like CAPITAL A for it being a beneficiary to the recovery in air travel as the pandemic..

Sources told The Edge that Capital A has called for an analyst briefing on April 27, a day prior to the current deadline, to give an update on the group’s development.

Capital A and AAX are working on their respective regularisation plans. Capital A's submission deadline is July 7.

Capital A fell into PN17 status on Jan 14, 2022, while AAX did so on Oct 27, 2021, after accumulating pandemic-led losses, which resulted in negative shareholders equity for both companies.


Stay tuned to what Stony will pull out from his magic hat on April 27 to get both CapitalA and AAX out of PN17.
