No finance institutions/bank are crazy enough to lend RM 6 billion to AAX.

Stony is very good at creative accounting to clasify lease liabilities as current borrowing. By the way that amt included lease termination claims of RM 6.029 billion which AAX offer to settle with final payment of 0.5% of debts.

Just pity the AAX customers money in advance sales of RM 517 million only get back 0.5% amt already paid to AAX.

The different between Serbadk and capA is serbadk hide their faked profit in inventories, receivables and PPE assets whereas capA only fine tune the account to give an impression of very positive cash flow but their balance sheet tell the truth story.

You can check the blog above on the creditors of AAX. CapA is one of the many creditors of AAX then. And AAX do not have Borrowing over RM 6.0 Billion

Whoever wrote AAX Borrowing over RM 6.0 Billion is settled … is definately a conman using exact same modus operandi as Serba fraud group punya postings beware he just want to dump his holding to you.

Why SSLee need to spend so much time asking questions? If there is any dispute in the accounts the company will only answerable to the company's external auditors, not to shareholders or i3 readers. Question can also be raised at the AGM.

KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Investment Bank (RHB IB) will enhance its due diligence processes after being reprimanded and fined by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Malaysia) yesterday (Sept 14) for breaching ACE Market Listing Requirements, including failing to conduct proper due diligence.

Its managing director and chief executive officer, Ganesh Sabaratnam, said the bank will exercise a higher degree of due diligence and compliance with regulatory requirements in carrying out its responsibilities.

"We take this matter very seriously and have reviewed and enhanced our due diligence processes and procedures, including the review process of our clients, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to be more robust,” he said in a statement today.

Ganesh also mentioned that RHB IB is working with an external advisor to ensure the bank continues to align with due diligence processes and procedures to market best practices.

"The enhancements to the due diligence processes and procedures, coupled with a strong commitment and cooperation from our clients and all other parties involved, will further raise the quality and standards of due diligence,” he added.

In a statement yesterday, Bursa Malaysia said it reprimanded and imposed a fine of RM350,000 on RHBIB for breaching ACE Market Listing Requirements.

RHB IB is the sponsor and principal adviser for an applicant seeking a listing on the ACE Market, and it failed to conduct proper due diligence to ensure all material information was accurately disclosed.

For the second breach, it failed to immediately notify the exchange of material developments concerning the applicant’s business, operations, future plans, and prospects after the initial submission of the proposed listing. - Bernama

Spot on anw , let me add on with some references.
Point 1 . Capital A is on the gas pedal fully, or should i say captain is on full THRUST. Not reversing , going all out in every way they can. They are fierce, they will dominate any market they can . They will use their full expertise , this is one way they can regain the losses. Looking Good :)

Point 2. They are growing !!! with new plane orders and already planning to BREAK RECORDS . REVENUE WILL BE BROKEN for sure :)).
Currently, 170 planes are already back in service across the Group.. I am very proud that we are growing again after Covid-19 as once we only thought about surviving....we have signed for 19 new aircraft and are in talks for more Airbus models. My next goal is to go to 300 aircraft and carry 150 million passengers. AirAsia has recommenced its longer-term aircraft orders to bring its fleet to the biggest yet, (including) to have the Airbus A321neo, the first of which will be delivered in 2024.

Point 3 . All group under its WINGS will GROW TOGETHER.
in October this year, Air Asia will be flying to Cambodia and hope to expand operations in Indonesia and the Philippines with the Airbus A320

Point 4. TONY !!!!!
"If you were to ask what is the highlight of my 21- year career in the aviation industry, then its rebuilding AirAsia. ...to start an airline is hard but to restart with some 200 aircraft is massive especially with all the problem we had," he said, adding Covid-19 had made them stronger.

POINT 5 . Do u know ... those that dont fly airasia. Now u go through the check points by just walking by . No need to auto check anymore making it faster to board.
numerous Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhancements for its chatbot 'Ask Bo' virtual assistant alongside the continued rollout of its own biometric facial recognition technology - Fast Airport Clearance Experience System (FACES).
<<< AI As well ... tony's next venture... FOLLOW THIS TAN SRI.. u WILL KAYA !!!

Recap from earlier posts by Capital A Supporter ..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oqJ0X3H0Fs

Here is another great progress. During the Pandemic, Singapore Airlines (SIA) raise up to $15 billion amid major financial challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has hit the global air travel sector badly. This is done by issuing new shares to current shareholders to raise about $5.3 billion and issuing mandatory convertible bonds to raise up to $9.7 billion. Temasek who owns 55% of the airline came to the rescue by pledging to take up any remaining shares and bonds that are not subscribed.

Just like SIA, CapitalA AirAsia was also paralysed by the pandemic without any revenue. However, unlike SIA with Big Brother Temasek cumming to the rescue, CapitalA took many initiatives to revive and stay afloat without any help from the Malaysian Government.

Now you know why we salute Air Asia. It’s going to be an exciting few month coming up for CapA.
- Submission of PN17 upliftment. Big boys will pump kaw2 once lifted.
- AAX uplifted from PN17 (In Shaa Allah)
- 180 planes ready by end of Oct.
- 204 active planes by Dec 2024.
- New aircraft orders soon for added capacity and new routes.
- Additional 2 aircraft for teleport.
- New York listing.

Great opportunity lies ahead from a Visionary Leader…

One more time, for your leisure weekend exciting news, from CAPITALA-Stony Flynuendo🚀
---------------------------------

Thank you @geary for such informative news. From my observation, there are few things otw:
1. Tony disposed some of his assets including F1 & football team to get cash, the cash is likely for new capital issuance within Tony's business.

2. AA customer segment are B40 and M40, India and China population are mainly in that segment. AA remains their first choice due to the affordability. Customer sources secured.

3. R&R of existing lease agreements with Airbus, BOCA and others lessors will take place in future to optimize its liabilities. In addition, Lessors actually have the right to terminate lease agreement, take back and dispose the aircraft. However, AAX and AA's lessors have opted to let AA keep the aircraft for business operation. The business sense of these lessors proved they are right, both AA & AAX business are fine and currently servicing lease payment. Cashflow worry free.

4. Philippine AA and Thailand AA are considered Cap. A subsidiaries now. Tony likely to list the local subsidiary and raise capital locally. New capital issuance is expected. NY listing still have far to go.

5. Rapid expansion: Huge aircraft purchase plan for larger capacity and other business expansion. More revenue.

6. Second time of business venturing: 2001, Tony first ventured into AA business (mismanaged by previous owner) and change the airline industry business model. 2023, Tony second time venture into AA business (heavy impact from Covid-19) and logistic business. Professional management with know-how.

7. Tony, a businessman sailed through the storm WIthOUT a single sen support from government.
Look at our Malaysia Airline stories: the losses, fund leakage, mismanaged, MAS CEO & Brahim story and so-on, taxpayer monies throw into ocean to save MAS. AA is outclass MAS by miles.

Like Scomi, AA is given up to 3 years to settle financial issues. PN17 Relief period 8/7/20 to 7/1/22. Foot
Dragging further to Sept 23 which is 18months extension more. No further extension expected. Given
the prompt response of Bursa, AA should already received a Letter from Bursa on PN17 status. Maybe
Tony request BN for help??

Will Bursa allow shareholoders' equity of RM negative 8,390,820,000 to continues listing status?

Or do you believe Stony can come out with PN17 regularisation plan to turn capitalA shareholoders' equity of RM negative 8,390,820,000 to positive RM 40 million+ to uplift CapitalA from PN17 status on or before Bursa deadline of 7 Oct 2023?

Lets think from Bursa / SC side on the rational and differences for Scomi case:

1. PN17 extension is approved because aviation is the most affected industry throughout the entire pandemic. Now the aviation business in the world showed significant business improvement, hence Bursa opined that extension no longer required and AA has to start building up its business again or dabao.

2. A plan is submitted for "consultation", not sure included Bursa or not, but it's the only chance and to make this right, I suppose submission of the "consultation" plan is including Bursa and after correction, then the final version is submitted for approval.

3. Tony also want to quit from PN 17 soonest possible , so AA can move forward for better business. In the CNA video, timeline is given by Tony.
