Unlike an application of loan approved, acceptance of term loan from an undisclosed financial institution could mean the company was offered the said loan and is one of the items to be included in the regularisation plan which will be or will not be submitted before end of this Friday.

Why another 3 months extension?
No confident on Stony word that PN17 will be ready by 7 Feb 2023, then 7 July 2023 and then 7 Oct 2023?

Even giving another year of extension, CapA will still cannot come out with PN17 regularisation plan to turn shareholders' equity from RM negative (8,390,820,000) to min positive RM 40 million.

PETALING JAYA:
Capital A Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, AirAsia Bhd, has accepted a five-year term loan facility of up to US$150mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Capital A said the loan facility would be used to fund its aircraft and engine maintenance costs, as well as the working capital requirements of the low-cost airline.

“The term loan is not subject to the approval of shareholders. Bank Negara had on Sept 19, 2023 approved AirAsia’s application for the term loan under its Foreign Exchange Policy,” the company said. The term loan is in the best interest of the group, according to Capital A.

Revenue increasing on average #15/20%, these few months, they can pay full amount, within six months. They are other loan obligation to settle.
Probably around #1/3, of borrowings, are Private/Preferred Shares, plus Sukuk, n can be converted into public shares, at specific valuations.
To be Equity Positive, CapitalA, will take how long!?
We aren't in the position to guess, it's up to the CFO, STony Flynuendo, n management to decide.
