The latest Airbus delivery data shows some 362 A321neo Family aircraft are on order. The medium and long haul airlines, AirAsia X and Thai AirAsia X, operate A330-type aircraft but are flagged to take delivery of A321-200NY(XLR)s in the future. An order for thirteen A330-900Ns also remains undelivered.

TonyFernandes confirmed he would have 180 aircraft across the Group back in service by the end of October and the entire fleet by the end of the year. "It's been a big goal of mine to get all 204 aircraft back in the air, and it's looking good for the fourth quarter."

Singapore Airlines post highest profit in 76 year history?
Net profit came in at S$2.16 billion, the highest level achieved by the group since its inception 76 years ago in 1947.
SIA also generated a strong positive free cash flow of S$7.4 billion for FY2023, a turnaround from the negative free cash flow of S$81.6 million in the prior year.

Don't be surprised, CapitalA Bhd also same, FY'24. Post highest profit in 22 year history. Listed in 2001, of course Regularisation Plan have to be completed after the 4thQ, n FY'24, highest Profit.
There are so much needed to restructure, regularize, partnerships, etc.
Actually it's nothing much to submit, every quarters, Green, probably #8 quarters of Green, Regularisation Plan, not needed by Bursa SC. They will waive it🙏
The main reasons are core business n subsidiaries are generating cash flows from operations, plus all debts obligation are paid, no defaulted payments.
Plus AA is paying taxes to MOF(Anwar), these #3 quarters.
As listed entity, Any Banks, public/private funds, private individuals, are happy to loan to CAPITALA BHD.🤔🚀

2023. PETALING JAYA: Seacera Group Bhd will be uplifted from its Practice Note 17 (PN17) status tomorrow after Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd granted it a waiver from having to submit a regularisation plan.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the ceramic tile manufacturer and trader said the uplifting of the PN17 status came after the bourse regulator granted the group the waiver in a letter today.

“After taking into consideration the relevant facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities has resolved to grant the company a waiver from complying with the Main Market Listing Requirements which requires a PN17 company to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities,” the filing said.

The group had applied for the upliftment from PN17, a classification for financially distressed companies, in April this year.

How many quarters Green, defaulted payments settled, paying taxes, what Regularisation Plan, Bursa mahu, or lu sendiri biased towards CAPITALA ke!?🤔🤮

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 27 July 2023 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 3 months up to 7 October 2023 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

The extension of time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of the Company and to de-list the Company in the event:

(i) the Company fails to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities on or before 7 October 2023;

I believe they want to use the 2nd & 3rd quarter results to show exponential growth both in revenue & profit. that's why they request extension for less than 3 months. the market will surely react tomorrow, but it will also provide opportunity for an entry or cost averaging. Let's hope for the best!
