Many know that even if capA request of extension to submit PN 17 regularisation plan to 31th Dec 2023 is approved by Bursa.

CapA will still cannot come up with PN17 regularisation plan by 31th Dec 2023. Another extension, extension....untill Bursa say enough is enough and proceed to suspend and delist capA.

By the way this is what Stony/capA want to get itself delist from Bursa.

The PN17 regularisation plan must be in complying with the requirements under paragraph 5.4 above, the PN17 Issuer and its Principal Adviser must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Exchange, the following:
