Another good example of Bursa does not approve anything is Serba case. Shareholders approve everything in general meeting and takes full responsibility whether good or bad. Bursa just makes sure full market disclosure had been make via circulars and announcements when appropriate.

Weather Forecast for Capital A Bhd

CAPITALA has broken out of its 1-week bullish flag pattern with another positive white candle on friday, implying that the prior uptrend is likely to continue. In view of the recent golden cross, coupled with steady trading volume since the breakout in mid-September, this further reinforces the upward strength in the near term.

We expect the positive momentum to steer the stock higher and test the next resistance at RM1.02(R1) followed by RM1.07 (R2) in the near term.

On the downside, stop-loss is set at RM0.81.

Both Capital A and AAX have take off this morning. According to Magician Tony, Capital A is valued between RM 5 to 6 billion. With the estimated number of shares of 4 billion, Capital A share price would be between RM 1.25 to RM 1.50.
