@Amit, Last week , Country budget very negative towards Properties Sector.
Give it some time as investor no pumping into this sector these few weeks....
Once the water calm, people start coming back into properties.....
Not to forget, UEMS Project only started few % and yet to finish.
(I am Under Properties Development Project for Iskandar so i know

3rd Q would not be reflective. developers always have unbilled sales to carry for 1 or 2 Qs. Wait for 4th Q 2013 n 1st Q 2014 results

Tycoon Tan Sri Halim Saad (pic, right) has gone to the Court of Appeal to reinstate his RM2 billion suit against Putrajaya, Khazanah Nasional and a former minister for allegedly duping him into giving up control of troubled conglomerate Renong Bhd.

The notice of appeal against the October 31 High Court ruling that struck out the suit was filed on Monday.

Only investing when you have enormously high degree of conviction, when something have a huge margin of safety (extremely mispriced). Buying stocks at 2 times earning and sell them after they moved up 50% and buy another stock at 2 times earning was Warren Buffet early career.

UEM is big enough...they should be able to self sustain as well.....aiya, force the directors to take up all the premium units....sales job done, sap sap sui....after directors, then look for the contractors & suppliers as water fishes lor.....contra units as payments.....sap sap sui.....immediately can clear few more hundred units...lol
