drop should be due to epf and amanah selling, be confident, they have good management, dividend every quarterly. apart from capital growth they have yield of 5-6% and acquiring more properly. the owner's family member acquiring lot of the share around 9AUG-14AUG at RM1.47-1.50
almost all the popular reits are rebounding. and there's no reason why they are not, even with the yadda yadda surrounding reits now. long term investment, can't go wrong.
imho, pbb, gab etc are expensive :) not everyone has alot of capital funds to spare. reits is by far much cheaper. can buy/sell in larger volumes, easier for entry and exits and stable prices compared to other type of shares. always good to have a mix portfolio of shares.
