In 10 years time, BIMB sure will double in price to RM4.33x2=RM8.66.
Then, its warrant with zero premium will be RM8.66-RM4.72=RM3.94.

RM3.94 / Rm0.78 = 5 fold ! Invest RM20k will get RM100k.

80k / 10 years =8k per year, use 20k to earn 8k per year , why not?

@tkteoh80, good calculation. A very rare warrant for banking stock. Hard to believe it will stay below RM1. Especially, next year KLSE is going to bring us towards 2000 points, huat ah!. I believe in 10 years time, 2023, already pass 2020. KLSE may reach 3000 point by that time.

Thank you tkteoh80, that is a very interesting way of looking at thing. But I think doubling in 10 years time is too conservative. Let's do a mental exercise with 200% gain. RM4.34 x 3 = RM13. Assume zero premium, warrant = 13 - 4.7 = 8.3. 8.3/0.78 = 1000%. Invest 20k=RM200k.

180k/10 years = 18k per year. Use 20k to earn 18k per year, why not ?
