Last year interim dividend was 22 sen. Today Petronas Chemical declared 23 sen interim dividend. I think we can roughly expect interim dividend around 20 sen this round.

Resistance level 10.42 can be easily broken next few days. Volume should be able to hold. Next resistance at 11.22. Tenaga is lower risk until the next political move. Hardest decision is when to sell

KimSua, we seem to be on a similar page regarding the Tenaga technicals.

I think we may see a similar price move this time around as to what happened earlier this year when it went to 10.80+.

Price point 10.20 is the first test and it seems to be confirming that area this morning.
Next should be around the 10.36 to 10.42 area.
Beyond that, we should be looking at 10.60, with an eventual move to 10.80.

Back in March this year I had a 2021 calendar year target of 11.20 but was concerned about the severity and time frame of Covid. I'll tentatively retain that 11.20 price but perhaps slip it back to the 10.80 to 11.20 price region.

EPF may not always be right. I am sure you can see how companies heavily invested in bad shape. Go and figure out. Sometimes they may have different agenda behind the scene.

In general terms, don't focus too much of your energy on what the big funds do, as their agenda, motivation and business plan is usually totally different to the average retailer.

EPF hold 1 Billion+ shares in Tenaga, so selling in multiples of 100k or even 500k is fairly irrelevant to their overall holdings.
