A week of much needed retracing and consolidation for stocks in the KLSI this week.

Apart from a few minor and short lived intraday blips, Tenaga respected the current 10.36-10.42 support area.

The next level to look for is the 10.58-10.62 area. Let's see what next week brings.

The government has agreed to open the tourism sector in several destinations under the ‘travel bubble‘ programme based on a list of conditions.
As reported by Utusan Malaysia, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said, for a start, Langkawi Island was chosen as a pilot project to be reopened to local tourists on Malaysia Day, 16 September.
“We are pleased to inform that through the meeting, we agreed to open the tourism sector in several destinations under the “travel bubble” programme based on the conditions set. For a start, Langkawi Island has been selected as a pilot project to reopen to local tourists starting 16 September,” he said.
He added that it would not be long before other tourist destinations will also be a part of this project.

“Other tourist destinations will be allowed to operate when the locality vaccination rate reaches 80%,” he said.

Really frustrating when the TP and prospects of this company is so high from where we are currently but we will never reach there if local institutions keep on selling. Sometimes i feel local institutions can be more short-sighted than retailers. Haish...u see our EPF
Close to 40% of daily volume is selling by EPF. This is retarded lol.
On a side note, maybank announce dividend date already,tenaga to follow suit soon?

actually, they are not short-sighted..maybe they look further, like the US nasdaq, which is yielding much better than the poor dividend this counter gave...they're big fish, us equity juz give 10-15% increase, it easily more than cover the loss in klse...
btw, i'm invested in tenaga too, bought at high price of RM11 back then..

I get what you mean, EPF invest other markets have better yield. But the reason why other markets like US provide better yield is because everyday their index go up and this is because nobody sells in US, everybody buy buy buy. Same thing can happen here. If local institutions didn't sell, tenaga probably RM11.50 already. Index already at 1700pts. Then only EPF can think of disposing to foreign la. Sure make a killing in profits also.
