very disappointed on the special dividend 37 sen only.
selling the most precious asset and only give so little dividend. I expect at least 60 sen for such strategic asset.
monday will see gap down, people throw wildly.

I was here 5years ago almost everyday for Puncak to cut the deal bcos i got a pipe laying job
in langat 2. Not only big fight at puncak forum but also big quarrel bet. Azmin Ali and Najib.

Why Puncak gave 1.0 dividend bcos puncak got many, many BN datuk who got shares at 1.0 at
original listing. After they received their dividend they started selling, they know Puncak is holland
for sure without syabas.

I went many times to Air Selangor for pipe laying job but they said only after KPS/Splash deal completed then they will let me know. But still i will be under Smartpipe Technology contract.
For BN, i went to Ongkili. smartpipe, i am scratching my head

insider already start selling this counter before announcement was made. If the dividend is attractive, sure the share price will shoot-up yesterday. Don't expect monday will go up.

Looks like something very Big going for Kps
This will be a very action packed stock from now

1. Special 32.6 sen dividend is just the starter

2. Next will be A Huge Smartpipes water job award. With gamuda out of the way Selangor Govt (note: Kps is kumpulan pkr stronghold)
Pkr will now Give out the most lucrative job package to kps

This will be a multi billion water jobs starting from Selangor to all other states

3. The recent timely corporate exercise on cenbond is to unlock value. Muda already up. Coldeye or Fong Shilling increased his shares in ornapaper in latest Qr. So Cenbond will also ride on E commerce boom of paper packaging products

4. Cenbond also got an upper hand in cement bags (captured 60% of cement bags market)
Lafarge, Tasek, Ytl cement, Cima and others all need to buy cement bags from Cenbond
