You see the oil's price become higher, the inflation will make our products to export higher costs. the profit margin can be affected seriously when inflation is serious

when the inflation is high, the cost to build a house can be higher.
The developers have to sell the built houses with higher price, the bank is lowering the loan's margin ...........and tighten the approved loan.

I can see the atmosphere of the market right now.
