Cresndo is still on uptrend state. Just observed before dividend payout of 18cent, the price was RM3.51 on 23Apr. On dividend payout day, 24Apr the share price was RM3.61. After dividend payout, on 25Apr, the price went up RM3.88 with high volume of 1.426Million share. If got big players really want to dump this stock, it wouldn't close at RM3.88 instead should close below RM3.61 on 25Apr. On 26APR, share price dropped to RM3.77 with volume @ 564K which is only 39.6% of 1.426Million. As such, this stock is under healthy correction or washing out those weak holder. If it drops below RM3.61, it is possible the bankers want to move to another counter.
Cresndo - Severely undervalued stock with all-time high earnings, upside potential. Accumulate. Next resistance R1 at RM4.80, followed by R2 at RM5.20.
Cresndo has strong catalysts from strong earnings momentum (record high GDV of RM1.2 billion), strong cash flow (land sales RM0.6 billion) and special dividend payout. The company is leveraging on data center boom in Johor, and new venture into high-rise luxury condominium near JB-Singapore RTS.
I don't blame them Dave YTL is arguably the best stock to buy and keep. However its good to diversify ones portfolio in to good well run and good divvy stocks like Crescendo.
If portfolio balancing is important you should seriously consider buy good stock. I prefer Poh Kong due to high inventory and expected its best ever QR. Around 2/3 weeks, Tomei QR should be out and great result is expected and result in higher share price for both Tomei and Poh KOng. Gold hedge against uncertainty esp wars, inflation and devaluation in currency. Definitely, I am keep holding YTLP stock. Cresndo is also a great stock as well esp the GOOI family is famous in sharing profit. Just look at "Kimloong" i.e. high dividend payout, free warrant and free bonus share, proven record from year of 2005 until now.

Microsoft signed 2 land acquisitions with Crescendo in last 5 months. Guess who Microsoft will go to if it needs more lands to build more data centers?

Yep agree with u, somemore there should be leftover land nearby where they can lock more deals in, then they can centralize facilities and infrastructures, then the spillovers from the developments will raise the surrounding land value as well. In an article somewhere, I believe I read that Crescendo have some say to those basic infra as well.
ya lo Microsoft plans to invest RM10.5b on the land that crescendo sold to them.. it will benefits the company in long run also, imagine the value of the unsold lands
Can invest this money on other land and leave this one empty. Microsoft can invest RM0.75 billion here and RM9.75 billion elsewhere. On UEM Sunrise land beside GDS too
U got to ask yourself whether many vacant lands surrounded RTS? And whether buyers willing to pay high price to own units at that area that walking distance to RTS
@Daveunvest - there are 6,605 lots with 8 queues at price 3.45. Who else has such money at RM 2.28 mil? absolutely it's not retailer, but market players.
If my prediction is correct, Crescendo will back to above 3.45 soon.
@ Raymond Tiruchelvam Technically, the trend breaks 10 MA an 20 MA. It always not a good sign for a stock which breaks 20 MA. However, the good thing is the volume is less than 1 million in past 4 trading days. No change in fundamental.
I am a medium-term investor for this counter, aiming for its dividend after selling 18 pieces of land totaling RM 675,655,617. It provides the opportunity to collect whenever the price has discount.
Let's see whether the price can reach 3.45 today. If yes, high chance the price continue up tomorrow.
Welcome. 10 MA is mainly for very short term trading. 20 MA is considered a "lifeline" to exit (if breaks below) or to enter (if stands above). 50 MA is for medium term investment 200 MA is for long term investment which frequently adopted by fund manager. Fund managers won't buy a stock if the price is below 200 MA.
For advance, 10 MA cross 20 MA - short term bull 50 MA cross 200 MA - golden cross for big bull
Do take note that TA is mainly helping you to buy and sell at the optimum time (can't use "right time"). Anyone knows TA can "draw" a chart and play a fool with you.
If you aim for short term play, focus on 10 MA instead. Otherwise, fundamental is still the core part.
Could see the queue for sale with volume 674900@ RM3.45 & the queue for buy with volume 107300@RM3.38. For me both queue might be the same person. Anyway, at least it is good day for Cresndo share price today.

Crescendo Corp Bhd’s (CCB) wholly-owned subsidiary Panoramic Industrial Development Sdn Bhd is selling nine parcels of freehold vacant land measuring about 82,496.4 sq m in Johor to Yu Ao Sdn Bhd for RM112 mil cash.
CCB is expected to record a consolidated gain after taxation of about RM68.33mil from the sale.
Patiently waiting for end June, results out. Q1/25, tentative eps of 50cents from land sales profit, on 280 mil shares. Will this case a re rating of Crescendo s price ? Price above RM4 ?
