Jerry, u can use the charts for support levels to enter a position..example here, the strong support lvl @0.40..whc prompted me to start buying again for this move and also the 1st RES of 0.55 whc has been broken..cheers..

FY is very cunning man, they use company to buy mother(may be from his mother !) share and he disposing the free warrant. their intention is to FORCE every body convert to mother share. give you 1.80 collect back 1.21 see,big advantage to company !!!!After that go private,he got most of the cash !!!! This is real upmarket rich man game, you got money you make more !!!!we small retailers just to make some money for living on warrant but his family keep unload n unload, how to up ??

There is no such information at bursa. Any change in warrant/share holding from major warrant/shareholder must disclosed.

Furthermore, comparing to amount of YTLP spend share buyback and cancellation, the amount of cash raise from warrant converted and RM 1.21 proceed is negligible.

even you hold 5 million warrant is NOT considered major holder !!!!
may be yeoh family not even notice it !!!
their family member 1 person sell 1 million also flood the market with 200 million !!
what ever it is they keep press down the warrant, we got only one choice convert to mother n sell mother n make different of 6-7 sen !!!
this need heavy capital but worth it, i converted a block of warrant bought 49 sen n already got back the mother shares.

unloading yesterday was good as i had accumulated many during forty plus cents ... got back capital to play other shares .... wish others value player the best & hope warrant will go beyond seventy plus cents ... for me no more large holdings but will sell unto strength & buy on weakness

fzank i heard that the target price is rm1.00. if true you might have sold too early. anyway, good that you have made your money. i was told by an expert from johor that ytl power wt will rise to touch rm1.00 from 40 cts'

UUnder bad market sentiment, this share still managed to move up. What do you expect when market rally where investor no longer panic? And the timid and panic seller most of them have already sold. The group of investors left in ytlp now are greedy and brave. I can see this stock to move up even faster then before this now.

Advice to concentrate on YTLP and wb first, if share swap indeed happen, you stand to enjoy double gain, capitalize on runnup YTLP/wb first then swap to YTL corp and enjoy second runup from YTL itself as privaztion is earning accretive to YTL + YTL will resume its own share buyback again to increase its treasury stake from current 3.48% and may opt distribute back later in which Yeoh family will biggest beneficial and to retain their control over enlarge YTL group

YTL is holding company, derive earning from its subsidiary listed company, especially YTLP contribute as much as 65% of YTL earning. YTL corp share use to soar above RM 2.00, due to share buyback + privatize YTL cement + share dividend etc. Yeoh family now shifted its attention to focus on YTLP through sbb and subsequent cancel to reduce total number of YTLP share to pave way for possible privatization by end of these year via share swap/selective capital repayment.If successful, YTL share will get a boost ultimately.
