Rollout plans for the NVIDIA DC in Johor remain on track, with planned commissioning by end-2024, according to management.

While finer details on the DC projects are still lacking, CGS’s initial calculations suggest that these planned DC investments can contribute as much as RM1.2bn-1.4bn in net profit to YTLP once fully ramped up in FY27F.

CGS: Still an Add

CGS believes the potential value accretion of its new assets has yet to be fully priced in by the market despite YTLP’s strong share price performance of 361% over the past 12months. As such, CGS reiterated their Add rating on YTLP with an unchanged SOP-based TP of RM4.50.

I dont see much competition between SingTel and YTLP DC

Currency gap is too big.

YTP DC set up in Johor is big enough neon sign that they expect business from SG.

YTLP share price already over the peak. Cannot move up any more. Only way is to come down.
With Machai's support, its share price is going to drift downwards slowly but consistently. This is worse than sharp drop as sharp drop may give rise to dead cat rebound.

All good news already reflected in the share price which already up more than 400% from the bottom.

Suiyee suckers stay away from this YTLP don't aim to gain 15% 20% but the downside could be 50% or more if any bad news hit the market.

No point risk you capital on this gambling.

Thus with profit, lock your profit don't repeat the same mistake in HY, Supermax, Dayang, Jaks, Hiapteck and etc.
