I did not and never tell lies in I3.

Jeffrey @ Felix and this bangla supervisor quarrelled and fight among themselves.
Jeffrey @ Felix wanted to fight with bangla supervisor unless this bangla supervisor apologise to him.
The actual fight started in Topglov forum.
I do not post in Topglov forum, I post in YTLPower forum only.
At the end Jeffrey lost in the fight, wanted me to help him to talk peace with this bangla supervisor.
I do not know this bangla supervisor. Hence I told him that I cannot help him.
Jeffrey twisted the words and said I paid this bangla supervisor to attack him non-stop day and night without any proof.
Jeffrey wanted to take revenge on me and started to create lies to badmouth me.
All readers here should see the clear picture here.

I have said many times in this forum, I never tell lies in I3.
I never attack anyone in I3.
I never badmouth anyone in I3.
I write and post my articles honestly in I3.

and don’t follow advice blindly.
If we do, then we don’t deserve to
own that wealth that doesn’t match
our capability. That wealth will eventually
be scammed or lost, one way or another.

The millions dollar question everyone
eagerly seeking is, “WHEN will this counter regain Its uptrend?”
Where is it’s Second Leg formation?

Just like anyone wouldn’t able to

1.) Jaks Vietnam 2 X 600 MW Power Plant USD 1.87 Billion is COD on January 2021 : YTLpower Jordan 2 X 277 MW Attarat Power Plant USD 2.1 Billion is COD on 2022 .

Recalled Zelan international legal battle on Meena Dubai Project … after won against the Main Development n later the Owner ( Major shareholder is from Royal family) , but cannot recover the International arbitration court awarded claim amount until in PN17 .

Of course YTLpower Attarat Power plant is signed agreement with NEPCO Jordan , 👉👉promoter here with new id can search how is the relevant contracts signed on ( as example on Jaks Vietnam Power Plant ) :

👉Understand the Key Contractual Obligations of the project award

1.) Investment certificate ( on taxes) .


2.) BOT contract ( partially posted here as example )
* 25 years from commercial operation date (COD).
* The power plant shall be transferred to Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) at no charge after 25 years.


3.) Government guarantee (GGU)
* The GGU provides Vietnam Government Guarantee on all payment obligations of MOIT under the BOT contract and the EVN under the PPA.


4.) Power purchase agreement (PPA)
* EVN shall purchase dependable capacity and the net energy output from JHDP.
* JHDP shall finance, design, build, operate and maintain the power plant.
* PPA shall have a duration of 25 years from the COD.


5.) Coal supply agreement (CSA)

* Vinacomin shall supply anthracite coal for the full term of the BOT contract.
* Failure of supply gives JHDP the right to source for alternative coal from domestic or foreign sources and seek compensation from Vinacomin for additional costs.


6.) Shareholders agreement (SHA) and JV agreement (JV) .
