Balance outstanding = 226,519,018 units @ 77.91%

At current pace of exercising, it would be estimated to take around another 10 months time to exercise the balance.

KWAP emerged as major shareholder by 7th November 2017. If you tabulate out the quantities of WA exercised vs the volume taken up by KWAP for Nov & Dec 17, the quantities are within the same range

Total exercised Nov & Dec 17 :-

d) Nov 17 = 14,726,924 units
e) Dec 17 = 23,116,522 units ( to date of posting )
f) Total Nov & Dec 17 = 37,834,446 units

Total acquired by KWAP Nov & Dec 17 :-

As long as WA is in 0% premium or discount, they will keep on exercising the WA.

WA are more liquid / higher volume compare to underlying. By exercising the WA to accumulate, they can hold the underlying share price. If they accumulate direct, the accumulation activity might spike the underlying share price which will increase their purchase cost ( not favorable ).

By pressing down underlying to accumulate could leave a vulnerability to the accumulators, the vultures could come in to snap their effort.

Hence the safer accumulation method is still via exercising the 0% premium or discount WA with higher volume traded daily.

No way the retailers can interfere their process with the size of their fund. Once they are done, they will move it. As for now, just go take your holiday & wait instead of posting daily your frustration.

On 07-Nov-2017, VS announce that KWAP become substantial shareholder with total 63,307,100 unit of shares held.

As to date 22-Dec-2017, KWAP hold 102,908,200 unit of shares

in other word, KWAP bought 39,601,100 unit of share from 7/11/2017 until 22/12/2017 with price range between 2.80 to 3.16.
